Refund policy

Thank you so much for shopping with Book Beau Affair. We pride ourselves on using the best third party printers for our designs. We hope to always exceed your expectations, but we understand things happen.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We gladly accept returns within 15 business days of receipt for most items in new condition.

Returned items must be in their unused condition. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. We ask that when you try on our apparel, please don't wear any cologne/perfume/deodorant that may leave a scent or stain on the item as this may affect our ability to accept the return. 

To process a return, please send an email to hello@bookbeauaffair.com with the following information and we will reply with instructions on how to ship your item back to us.

• Purchase Order Number
• Name and address
• Products being returned
• Reason for return
• Pictures of the item including any damage or quality issues

Please kindly note that all shipping costs to send exchanges and returns to us are the responsibility of the customer. Customers must provide us with a tracking number for items sent to us for refunds. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.

We will refund the purchase price upon receipt and inspection. We will refund delivery charges if you originally received a faulty product or if we shipped you the wrong item. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or custom orders, unless the custom order was incorrect (spelling, colors, etc). For custom orders, please email us immediately to resolve the issue.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
